Last updated: 2026. These terms govern your use of spin-skull.com.se and all SpinSkull-branded services. By creating an account or making a deposit you accept them in their entirety.

1. Operator and licence

SpinSkull is operated by Ludaro Limited, a company registered in Malta with company number C112810, with its registered office at The Bastions Office No.2, Emvin Cremona Street, Floriana, FRN1281, Malta. Ludaro Limited is licensed and regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority under licence number MGA/B2C/1118/2025, issued 29 January 2026, to offer Type 1 and Type 2 gaming services.

Important: SpinSkull operates under an MGA licence (Malta) and not under any other national gaming licence. The operation is EU-licensed and regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority.

2. Account eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, legally entitled to gamble in your jurisdiction, and not registered on any self-exclusion register. You confirm that the funds you deposit are your own and do not originate from criminal activity. One account per person, household, IP address, payment method, or shared device.

3. Account registration

When registering you must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. We may request additional verification documents at any time (KYC). Accounts registered with false information may be closed and balances forfeited.

4. Deposits and withdrawals

All transactions are conducted in euros (EUR). The minimum deposit is €20. Withdrawals are made to the same method as the deposit in accordance with EU AML rules. Standard withdrawal limits are €20–5,000 per transaction. KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal.

5. Bonus terms

• The welcome package is open to new SpinSkull players. Players resident in Finland are excluded.
• Wagering requirement on cash bonuses: 40× (deposit + bonus).
• Maximum bet with an active bonus: €5 per spin or hand.
• Bonus expires 48 hours after activation if not wagered through.
• Free spin value: €0.10. FS valid for 7 days after activation.
• FS winnings carry no separate wagering requirement but are capped at €1,000 per tier.
• Weekly cashback: 1× wagering on the cashback amount (may be fulfilled in bonus-eligible games). Claim within 7 days.
• Only bonus-activated slot games count towards the wagering requirement.
• One active bonus per account at a time.
• Bonus abuse — such as purchasing low-variance outcomes to clear wagering, low-risk strategies in live casino, or coordinated play activity — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6. Game rules

All games are powered by independently audited providers. Outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, for live casino, by physical draw under supervision. In the event of a technical failure during a game transaction, the provider's rules for settlement apply.

7. Dormant accounts

An account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. We will send a reminder by email before any transfer of withdrawable balance takes place in accordance with MGA rules.

8. Account closure

You may close your account at any time via the player area or by contacting support. Balances are paid out following KYC and bonus wagering clearance. We may close accounts that breach these terms without prior notice.

9. Disputes

Complaints are handled in the first instance by our support team ([email protected]). Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the Malta Gaming Authority. We use an alternative dispute resolution mechanism approved by the MGA.

10. Responsible gaming

SpinSkull supports responsible gaming. You may set deposit, loss, and session limits, take a cooling-off break, or self-exclude at any time from the player area. See our Responsible Gaming page for further tools and external support.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Maltese law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email and in the player area at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
